Anti Gravity Glass (Nanogirl's experiment/ Holiday Blogging)

Hello everyone, it's me Finau and this is my holiday blogging challenge for today. This is my forth one and I might do my final one today or next week on Monday. I did this one with my brother Vaha and you might of seen my other 2 siblings in the video, Catherine and Keni. This experiment was all about Gravity. We had so much fun doing this together. Some of the water got out of control and onto us (mostly Vaha). We hope you enjoy our experiment. Please leave a positive comment on out blogs. Bye!

  1. Hi Finau,
Looks like your brother and you are working so well together on your experiments. It was great to see your other siblings also interested in the science experiments. Which one did you prefer - the floating cardboard or the swinging water?
Hopefully you didn't get too wet!

    1. Hello Nanogirl!

Thank you again for leaving me a comment on my blog. Yeah it's good that my brother and I get along so that there wouldn't be water everywhere. Haha! Catherine was really interested but Keni was playing. I would prefer the floating cardboard experiment. I thought it was so cool. Thanks again.

Renee from the Summer Learning Journey team, here. Ka pai for your work on this Nanogirl experiment - I still can’t believe that the cardboard is able to keep all of that water in the glass, so amazing! Were you nervous that the water would land on your head when you were swinging the plastic bottle?

I particularly like that you included your siblings in the experiment process as it is awesome to spend time with whānau during the summer months. I also like that you have included photographs and videos of yourselves completing the experiment - this is a great way to make your blog posts unique and stand-out. Did you find this experiment more fun or challenging? What has been your favourite Nanogirl experiment during the course of the Summer Learning Journey?

I have really enjoyed all of your blog posts so far this summer so please do keep up the excellent mahi!

    1. Hey Renee!

Thanks you so much fir commenting on my blog. Yeah, I can't believe the cardboard was holding the water. I was shocked and screamed in excitement (that was when I was practising). I was just a bit scared because I already tried it once or twice but I was still nervous.

Well, my brother was also doing some of the experiment so I thought why don't we both do it on a video and maybe for our two other siblings. I'm so happy that you like the photos and how you think it stands out. I found the experiment both fun and challenging. One of my favourite ones were the Column and the Seesaw (coming next week).

      Thanks again Renee.
