Summer Learning Journey/Week 2 :Nanogirl Xylophone experiment (video)

Kia ora everyone, it's me Finau and this is my SLJ Activity for week 2. This one is about Nanogirl and doing one of her experiments. It is the Xylophone experiment. I already did this like 4 months ago (for our school holiday blogging). Here's a link to it. I made a video to show you what the slideshow looked like. I hope you enjoyed this blog post. Please leave a positive comment on my blog. Bye!

  2. Hi Finau,
You are already the xylphone expert - hopefully some of the other students will be able to learn from what you already know!

    1. Hey Nanogirl!

Thank you so much for commenting on my blog. Yes I hope other kids will learn from me (I hope). Also in the video I saw me keeping looking at the side and it looked like I was rolling my eyes but I wasn't. Anyways thanks again Nanogirl.

  4. Kia Ora Finau,

It’s Charlotte here, a commenter for the Manaiakalani Summer Learning Journey. WOW, what great work you have done on the ‘Nanogirl Xylophone’ task!

The video you made was awesome! I had a look at the blog post you made a couple months ago on this same task and it was amazing! It would be great if you could include a link to your older blog post in this one!

How did you find this activity? I thought it was very creative and so much fun! I thought it was super cool how the cups and paper rolls made different sounds depending on the amount of water/length of paper!

    1. Hey Charlotte!

Thanks for commenting on my blog. I'm so happy you really like my video and the experiment I've done. When you told me that I probably should've did a link to my old blog post, then you could see it I just remembered that and forgot that. Oops, haha! I just went and fix it. I found the experiment tricky, shocking and fun. I also thought it was cool and crazy how the cups and paper made different noises. Thanks again Charlotte!
