With excitement I got out of bed and got ready for my performance. So then I got changed into my long blue dress, put my hair in a bun and tied a blue ribbon around it and wore my black glitter shoes. After all that my whole church came to stonefields ward. We were all watching other church's perform, and other primary's including us had to dance to all the songs, it was all fun. Then it was our turn. I was very nervous and excited at the same time. I was twisting and spinning around, I had lot's of fun. After we all finished performing we went to the other side to get some food. There was chicken, patty's, pizza and chocolate cake with ice cream, it was delicious. Finally we all were dancing to the music and playing with the balloons. The performance was a blast.

The weight lifter

While I was competing in the Olympics, I was struggling to hold the massive weight in my hands. As I crumbed  to the ground, I was screaming with agony. It was very painful.

Food Pyramid

Me and my friends made a food pyramid and it tells you which food is healthy and which food is not healthy. The top part means that you can eat a little bit because it has to much sugar in it. The middle part means you can only eat sometimes. And the bottom means you have to eat it everyday.

Chicken noddle soup.

Today we got to move our body again. On a cold rainy day we needed Chicken noddle soup to warm up. I made up this dance with my friends.

Valerie Adams

When Valerie had started a school she was the biggest kid there and she also played Athletics. When Valerie was 15 her mother had passed away and she was heartbroken plus she was a hard working lady and anyone who came into her life the first person would be her mum. In 1999 she went to her first world youth championship. And she also started shot put when she was 40 wich was very amazing. She won four Diamond trophies and a Samoan one. She also had a friend called Ericka, they had been friends Since primary school. This guy was a bully to valerie so her friend stood up straight and said ’’ don’t you touch my friend’’ then she gave him a black eye. Valerie was so Lucky to have a friend like her.
