Ingredients:

Top layer: 115g chocolate & 14g butter.

Middle layer: 55g butter, 2 tbsp custard powder, 2 cups icing sugar, ½ tsp vanilla essence, 2-3 tbsp milk.

Bottom layer: ½ of butter, ¼ cup sugar, ⅓ cup coco powder, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 200 grams graham crackers, 1 cup shredded coconut, ½ cup chopped almonds.

How to make it:

1. Put some baking paper on the tray and then spray it. Put ½ cup of butter in a saucepan. The heat should be at a medium or however you like. Better to do medium. Stir until it melts.

2. Take it off the heat and add ¼ cup of sugar. Then add ⅓ cup of coco powder and then stir everything.

3.Add in one egg and then whisk it until it’s smooth. Add in 1 tsp vanilla essence, 200 grams graham crackers, 1 cup shredded coconut and ½ cup chopped almonds. Stir.

4. Put it in the tray and leave it to refrigerate for 1 hour.

5.Mix up 55g of butter, 2 tbsp custard powder, 2 cups icing sugar, ½ tsp vanilla essence and 2-3 tbsp milk. Mix it all up until it is smooth and thick. Pour that all in the tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

6. In a saucepan, melt 115g chocolate & 14g butter. Pour that in the tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
