Summer Learning Journey/Week 3 :Nanogirl Super Column experiment (video)

Kia ora everyone, it's me Finau and today I will be doing an activity for the SLJ. This is my third one I've done this week. Like In said I've done some of these experiments before. One of my favourites was the super column and the seesaw. I hope you enjoyed this post and the video. Please leave a positive comment on my blog. Bye!

  1. Hey Finau,

Wow, awesome to see you are ahead of the game, did you do these activities as part of school already or found them somewhere else? Anyway your experiment looked like a great success and your video explained the process quite well.

Were you surprised by how much weight your super column could hold? Even with just paper you were able to support a fairly hefty weight,

Thanks for putting the extra effort into screencastify-ing this task again, the work you’ve already put in is awesome and I’ve counted this as an outstanding blog post worth double points.

    Great work Finau,
See you later in the comments,

    Daniel

    1. Hi Daniel!

Thank you for commenting on my blog. Yes, I did do these experiments as part as our school. It was for a holiday blogging challenge. I did all of them and enjoyed it.

I was shocked from how much apples I could put on the column. The triangles were the best to work with (if you don't know what I mean, then you should check out my slide show, slide 2).

I did want to do a video to show everyone my experiments I did. Wow, I get more points! That just made my day. Thanks for telling me about this. Yay!

Thanks again for commenting on my blog Daniel.

      From Finau:)
