SLJ/WK 3 - Nanogirl: Challenge 3 - Find your fingerprint!
Hi everyone! My name is Finau and welcome back to my blog. Nanogirl has assign another exciting challenge for us. We have to look and find our fingerprint. I hope you have enjoyed this post. Please leave a positive comment on my blog.
Chris here again, from the Summer Learning Journey. My fingerprint is a whorl too! Tēnā koe for explaining the steps you took to complete this task, and for those facts about fingerprints. Even better that you enjoyed it as well! What are some other ways you’ve seen your fingerprints appear, like on the sticky tape?
Looking forward to seeing what else you post over the next couple of weeks!
Thank you for your comment. Oh that's cool! Yes, agreed. I had a lot of fun and enjoyed doing this activity/challenge. Whenever I was wrapping presents with tape and noticed my fingerprint. It was really interesting.
Hari tau hou, Happy New Year! Yea that makes sense that you would be more aware of your fingerprints after doing an activity that involves focussing on them. Glad you enjoyed it! And well done on wrapping presents yourself! I’m terrible at it.
Happy New Year's to you too! Yes, agreed. My mum and siblings help me because I'm not the best at it. Oh but I hope you find another way to wrap presents.
I was very impressed by your clear and logically outlined powerpoint. It was fantastic to see that put it into three distinct categories with the purpose, facts and a review. It shows that you are well organised and very creative- Ka pai. I thought it was really good that you included some facts about fingerprints, I did not know there are three types of fingerprints. Overall this was a very clear, concise and engaging blog post and the activity was completed very well. You should be super proud of your work- Well Done!!!
Do you think that taking your fingerprints would work well on clay or sellotape?
Keep up the Super work we look forward to your next blog post!!!
Thank you for your comment. Oh yes. I wanted it to stand out because I couldn't really see the print when I took the photo. Yes agreed. Thank you! Me too. I didn't know either but I thought it was cool. Oh I'm glad you think that, I am very proud:)
I think it would work on both because you can see your fingerprint printed in but depends on how clear it is on the photo. What do you think?
Thank you again for your thoughtful, and helpful reply. Yes I think you could get a good fingerprint on sellotape, and clay, I used to enjoy playing cops when I was younger and I used to make take my fingerprints using clay.
We are looking forward to your next post, Keep up the Super work!!!.
