Hey everyone! My name is Finau and welcome/welcome back to my blog. This is the poetry slam activity (rua). This activity was about Kenning. We had to find kenning about summer/animals that remind you of summer. This activity was very interesting to do because I've seen kenning before but I didn't know they were called that. Thank you! This also makes me think of summer as well (especially the animals).
You could search for some Kenning Summer examples and then think of animals that remind you of summer. Think of what that animal's appearance or thing it could do, make a kenning out of it.

Wow what an awesome kennings poem! I love the format you have used to present your poem! I like the fact you wrote it about a variety of animals!

I suggest next time you make the writing bigger/in bold so that it is easier to read! I zoomed in which made it less blurry, but with those colours it does trick your eyes a bit!
