A Healthy lifestyle for kids
Healthy kids lifestyle. For kids like us it is very important that we always have a good night sleep so we can wake up early and get ready for school. In the mornings we have to eat a healthy breakfast like cereal, orange and banana and the most very important part is to always brush and clean our teeth twice a day. For lunch we are supposed to have a apple,orange,banana and carrot and a water bottle. Moving our body is very important so we should play with our friends outside to get some energy.
