This was an amazing poem, I can see that you have chosen some very powerful and strategically placed words to illustrate the positive summer activities that you have been enjoying over the summer. It was also Fantastic to hear that you had enjoyed the activity. It is Great to see you engaging with the SLJ and I can see that you have learnt alot about poetry over the weeks and you are really good at using positive and purposeful words in a poem. I really enjoyed your poem as I could imagine and relate these things when reading- Well Done!!!!
I always enjoy summer as I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and we all get to enjoy the summer sun. What is your favourite thing about summer?

That's very nice. I spend time with my family at the beach or at home. We sometimes go out for ice cream, go out to the park, or play in our backyard.
