Valerie Adams

When Valerie had started a school she was the biggest kid there and she also played Athletics. When Valerie was 15 her mother had passed away and she was heartbroken plus she was a hard working lady and anyone who came into her life the first person would be her mum. In 1999 she went to her first world youth championship. And she also started shot put when she was 40 wich was very amazing. She won four Diamond trophies and a Samoan one. She also had a friend called Ericka, they had been friends Since primary school. This guy was a bully to valerie so her friend stood up straight and said ’’ don’t you touch my friend’’ then she gave him a black eye. Valerie was so Lucky to have a friend like her.

A Healthy lifestyle for kids

Healthy kids lifestyle. For kids like us it is very important that we always have a good night sleep so we can wake up early and get ready for school. In the mornings we have to eat a healthy breakfast like cereal, orange and banana and the most very important part is to always brush and clean our teeth twice a day. For lunch we are supposed to have a apple,orange,banana and carrot and a water bottle. Moving our body is very important so we should play with our friends outside to get some energy.
