Letter to Support Staff

 Dear Support Staff,

We just want to say Thank you for being a great help to Pt England School. Thank you for sorting our our problems, play games with us, volunteer to coach sport teams and just being there for us. We are very thankful for you kindness and helpfulness. 

We are truly grateful to have parents, grandparents, family members and people who use to come this school for coming to Pt England and helping out. It must be really hard helping us and being patient and It is so thank you for being very patient with us. We are very sorry if we have made you mad or not listen to you. 

Thank you Support Staff! You are amazing, kind, funny, interesting, helpful, nice, awesome. I could go on. You guys are so precious to us and we are very lucky to have you. Keep up the wonderful work!

Aim or Purpose: 1. Measure an exact amount of sugar and dissolve in water to make a solution.

Cold Water:

Hot Water:

Method: Measured the cold water and timed the sugar being dissolved in the cold water. We then measured the hot water and timed the sugar being dissolved in the hot water. The temperature for the cold water was 23 and the time was 1.38 sec. The hot water temperature was 77 and time was 22.43.

Result:
Temp of cold water = 23
Temp of hot water = 77
Time taken by water to dissolve in cold water = 1.38
Time taken by water to dissolve in hot water = 22.43

Hello everyone, it's me Finau. Today we had our stem/science class. We were measuring and checking the temperature of hot and cold water.  We also dissolved the sugar in the cold and hot water. What was really interesting for me was how the sugar dissolved in less than 30 seconds in the hot water but it took kind of a long time when it was in the cold water.
