Camping Hacks and Checklist!
Toiletry. Everyone knows that you need toiletry. Toiletry requires toilet paper, soap for your hair, body and hands. Also bring some plastic bags to carry your dirty clothes or your toiletry.
Sleeping Gear! When you camp you need to sleep (well for most of you if you want to). Bring things that would keep you warm at night (and during the day). Pillows, blankets but not big ones and sleeping bags. You can ring something to sleep on top of like a mattress but maybe a one that is not so big.
Water Gear. It’s hot when you go camping so you just want to have a swim but who knows how rocky and how sharp the rocks are. Well just for safety, bring water shoes. They help protect your feet from those rocks that give your feet scars. I have experienced something like that so trust me. Also bring togs and or water clothes:)
First Aid Kit. I should've said this earlier on but you need a first aid kit. You might get hurt or get a scratch or even a scar so bring a first aid kit. That’s probably something some people already know what to do and what to bring.
Kitchen stuff. If I’m wrong but I’m probably not, you should bring kitchen stuff and food. You are gonna be really hungry. Bring like a BBQ so you can cook some stuff and some healthy snacks or fruits. Water is something you really, really need to keep you going throughout the day and to keep you hydrated.
Clothes. Oh clothes, that’s what you need. If you want to change out of something dirty then you can because you brought some clothes. You also need to bring shoes for walking and hiking or slippers in case it’s hot. It’s important to bring clothes and shoes.
Actually it’s important to bring whatever is on this list. Bring anything that makes you comfortable and happy during your camping trip (said that in one of the things you need).

Kia ora everyone, it's me Finau and today I will be doing an activity for the SLJ. This activity is about camping. We had to write a camping list and things you will need on a camping trip.
