Summer Learning Journey/Week 5 : Nanogirl Anti Gravity Water Experiment (video)

Hi everyone, it's me Finau and today I will be doing an activity for the SLJ. Sorry I haven't been posting lately and for the long title. Anyways this activity is about the experiment with Nanogirl. I did do this last year and it was really fun. I did it with my siblings. Here's a link to it. I hope you have enjoyed this blog post. Please leave a positive comment on my blog. Bye!

Renee from the Summer Learning Journey team, here. Ka pai for your work on this Nanogirl experiment - I still can’t believe that the cardboard is able to keep all of that water in the glass, so amazing! Were you nervous that the water would land on your head when you were swinging the plastic bottle?

I particularly like that you included your siblings in the experiment process as it is awesome to spend time with whānau during the summer months. I also like that you have included photographs and videos of yourselves completing the experiment - this is a great way to make your blog posts unique and stand-out. Did you find this experiment more fun or challenging? What has been your favourite Nanogirl experiment during the course of the Summer Learning Journey?

I have really enjoyed all of your blog posts so far this summer so please do keep up the excellent mahi!

    1. Hey Renee!

Thanks you so much fir commenting on my blog. Yeah, I can't believe the cardboard was holding the water. I was shocked and screamed in excitement (that was when I was practising). I was just a bit scared because I already tried it once or twice but I was still nervous.

Well, my brother was also doing some of the experiment so I thought why don't we both do it on a video and maybe for our two other siblings. I'm so happy that you like the photos and how you think it stands out. I found the experiment both fun and challenging. One of my favourite ones were the Column and the Seesaw (coming next week).

      Thanks again Renee.

      From Finau:)
