Step 3. Put 1 cup of flour in a large bowl. Next stir in some a cup of caster sugar, oats and the coconut. Then stir.

Step 4. Make a hole in the bowl of dry ingredients. Put it to the side.

Step 5. Get the 125 grams of butter and syrup and put it in saucepan. Make sure the heat is low. Now start stirring it until the butter melts.

Step 6. Turn on the jug full of boiling water. Once its hot put some baking soda with the hot water until the baking soda dissolves. Dump it in the saucepan.

Step 7. Once your finish get your saucepan of butter and got to the dry ingredients and dump the butter in the bowl. Mix.

Step 8. Keep on mixing the ingredients until its hard to mix.

Step 9. Get a piece of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Put them on the baking tray.

Step 10. Get a cup. Use the bottom to squish the balls you made.
