Summer Learning Journey/Week 6 :That Was Summer

 


Hey everyone, it's me Finau and today I will be doing an activity for the SLJ. For this activity we had to make a poem and it was called or about "That was Summer".  I didn't really understand it but I followed the instructions and finally understood it. Also just want to say thanks to my brother for giving me an idea for the scroll. I hope you have enjoyed this post and the poem. Please leave a positive comment on my blog. Bye!

    Ka pai for creating your "that was summer" poem. I think it is so awesome that you have this blog to look back on one day!

    All these activities sound great! Especially the SLJ blogging of course (just joking!).

    Slip and slides are so fun! I remember one summer putting water and washing up liquid on our trampoline! It was so fun!

    Which iceblock is your favourite? I usually go for a Calipo!

      Thanks for leaving me a comment. Yes, I think that would be so cool. When I grow up I want to see all of this work I've done.

      Yeah all these activities are great. Also, great joke!

      I agree, slip'n slides and super fun. My siblings told me that maybe next time if we get a trampoline we should do the same thing.

      Ummm, I forgot it but it looks kind of cylinder but skinny. My favourite flavour is lime.

    I love your poem ! It really defines a lot about summer which is really cool. I also like how you said ''Remember enjoying all those SLJ activities'' You've been doing great by posting a lot of SLJ activities!

    What motivates you to get up every morning and do SLJ? What's your favorite things to do in summer?

    Hey Finau!
    You posted this a while ago, but I was scrolling through your blog and this post really stood out. 2020 went really fast and was a horrible year, but were lucky that we could spend summer outside and not in lock-down! I really loved your poem and all of your posts that you have been doing. Great job!

Yes, 2020 did really go fast and it was a horrible year but yes were were lucky we could spend summer outside. I'm so glad that you like all my posts and poem. I also enjoyed visiting your blog.
